Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

·        Overlooking all the aspects handled by Team Leader of department.

·        Coordination with TIS and CSS on day-to-day documentation requirements.

·        Approval of Job-related cheque request.

·        Ensuring usage of registered vendors and correct agency network.

·        Coordinating and arranging the Training for Induction & periodical training for staff as and when required.

·        Monitoring communication, intervening & taking up issues as and when required with agents as well as internally.

·        Coordinating with customs and local authorities on related issues.

·        Arranging periodical meetings with key personnel and reporting on prevailing or expected issues.

·        Ensuring all relevant reports are circulated on time & scrutinizing the accuracy of the same.

·        Maintaining records & circulating reports on schedule.

·        Handling/ Resolving issues and problems raised by Sales & Customer Service Personnel.

We are looking for

Applicants must have minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Similar role.
Previous experience in Freight Forwarding industry is a must.
