Key Responsibilities
Role Summary
Manage end-to-end air import operations from pre-alert to final delivery, ensuring timely customs clearance, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with airlines, brokers, and customers in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Handle air import shipments
from pre-alert to final delivery
·
Coordinate with overseas
agents for pre-alerts and documentation
·
Verify and process import
documentation including MAWB, HAWB, invoice, and packing list
·
Coordinate with airlines,
ground handlers, and warehouses at DXB / DWC
·
Liaise with customs brokers
to ensure timely clearance with UAE Customs
·
Arrange delivery and
coordinate with transporters
·
Track shipments and provide
regular updates to customers
·
Handle demurrage, storage,
and delivery-related issues proactively
·
Ensure compliance with
airline, customs, and internal SOPs
We are looking for
Experience & Qualifications
2–4 years experience in air import operations within the
UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE import customs procedures and
documentation
Familiarity with Incoterms and airfreight charge
structures
Experience handling special cargo (DG, perishables,
pharma, high-value) is an advantage
Knowledge of Calogi and Dubai Trade .

Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
