Key Responsibilities
The Software Coordinator is responsible for frontend
support and maintaining the organization's software infrastructure. This
includes gathering software customization requirements from various departments
within the organization, coordinating with software programmers to ensure these
requirements are understood and met, and providing support to end users.
We are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in Networking and System
- Administration in UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Experience in Handling Linux/Windows Server operating systems.
- Knowledge in Cloud VPS technologies.
- Experience in using Visio Diagrams.
- Ability to explain/train the software processes to end users.
- On call, chat support on software issues with end users and report bugs to programmers.
- Bug report tracking, assign priorities based on security, functionality, and user experience and impact on business.
- Making documentation on every process implemented on the software.
- Taking business requirements and feedbacks from department/organization and convert it to understandable workflow diagrams.
- Enthusiastic in learning and implementing new technologies.
- Willing to learn and attend online classes, courses, and certifications.
Intermediate Requirements:
- Skills to understand relational databases structures and ORM Methods
- Experience in installing and configuring Linux servers on cloud.
- Knowledge of Linux backup solutions.
- Knowledge on version
controls software and repos.
