• Primarily engaged in supporting Operations Manager in managing and coordinating with operations team, back office and sales team.
• Responsible for booking and executing shipments
• Sending quotations to freight forwarders and direct clients for Export LCL shipments.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service for all shipments.
• Creating new customers and generating more sales.
• Responsible for assisting sales coordinators within the team if required.

• The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding industries.
• It is preferable that he/she has a good understanding of the KSA export/ import market, shipping industry and logistics processes with an education background in Shipping or Logistics.
• The ideal candidate is a team player and possesses strong communication skills.
• Should be currently located in KSA and be able to join immediately.
