Global Project Logistics Network (GPLN) will be conducting its 9th Annual General Meeting at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Center, Singapore, from May 9- 11, 2012.

Just ahead of the annual GPLN meeting in Singapore, GPLN has provided an excellent opportunity to combine the Annual Meeting event at the same venue with the Power Logistics Conference and Expo on May 7-8, 2012. From CSS Group, Amith Horra – Marketing Manager, Chandrakala – Asst. Manager NVOCC and Amal Harendrean – Coordinator, Projects, Oil & Energy department will be representing CSS Group at this Conference/Exhibition.

World ports & Trade Summit

The World Ports and Trade Summit 2011 was held from 28th – 30th of March at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The summit addressed the challenges, trends and opportunities emerging from the current macro-economic outlook to help provide a clearer picture of the industry’s recovery schedule. More than 40 international maritime business leaders and experts, including senior figures from international port associations, addressed delegates over the course of the three day World Ports and Trade Summit. Headline speakers from the Pan-Arab region included Captain Abdul Wahad Al Diwani of Abu Dhabi’s National Transport Authority, Captain Feisal Saad of Ras Laffan Port, Qatar and Tony Douglas, CEO, Abu Dhabi Ports Authority.

The World Ports and Trade Summit also featured an international exhibition, hosted tours of port facilities in the UAE in addition to an open question and answer session with the management team of Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi, training workshops and a series of roundtables. Ken Dinnadge, VP Business Development CSS Group participated in this summit to ensure that Consolidated Shipping Services and its products and services were presented to generate new business opportunities globally. ADIPEC 2010 CSS Group Joins GPLN at ADIPEC 2010

ADIPEC 2010, the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference, is set to be the largest show to date with all exhibition space now sold out in a record time. With 17 percent more space on offer this year, the number of exhibitors has grown to over 1,600.

A number of key industry players have signed up to participate in ADIPEC 2010, from NOCs and IOCs to oilfield service companies offering a variety of innovative technology and services across all sectors of the industry. Exhibitors will showcase the very latest in exploration & production, processing, refining, storage and transportation. The exhibition and conference will be falling from the 01st to the 04th of November 2010.

This marks the debut participation of CSS Group in ADIPEC with The Global Project Logistics Network (GPLN) at booth #110.
